Hi!
Welcome to my shop. I enjoy designing jewelry using beads. I purchase handmade beads and design and assemble various jewelry items artistically and colorfully. I also use beads for other items such as pens, wine stoppers, book marks, bottle openers, lanyards and anything else I can come up with. I hope you enjoy my creations as much as I enjoyed designing and creating them.

Payment
I will accept Google Checkout, Money Orders and personal checks but be prepared to wait for your shipment when paying by personal check as it will have to clear before I ship.
Please be prompt with your payment. All unpaid orders will be canceled after 3 days.
Shipping
All orders are shipped USPS with Delivery Confirmation within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Shipping Price includes Insurance. Once an item is shipped, I am no longer responsible for it. I take great care in packaging and any damage will be entirely the responsibility of the post office therefore I require the insurance for every shipment. I only ship within the United States, no international shipments please!
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of these items all sales are final. I do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the wrong item was shipped or unless there was a gross misrepresentation of the item. If there is a mistake with your order please contact me so I can correct it. Payment must be made within 3 days or sale will be canceled.The beads themselves are not guaranteed against breakage. All lampwork beads are glass and will break if not treated properly. All strung beaded items are guaranteed against breakage for 30 days. I use 35 lb test fishing line which is doubled for stringing on the lanyards. Beading wire is used for the necklaces. If item (not actual beads) is broken within 30 days from sale it can be returned for repair. I will pay shipping both ways. After 30 days but within 90 days it can be returned for repair but you will need to pay shipping both ways. All beads must be included in order for a repair to be done. There are no refunds and all sales are final.
